Entry Times: The estate closes promptly at seasonal hours, with last entry 30 minutes before closing (4:30 PM September–April, 3:30 PM May–August).

Food & Drink: Light refreshments are available at the Gatehouse Tea Room. Picnics are welcome in the gardens, but outside catering is not permitted in the mansion or during events.
Shopping: The Gatehouse Gift Shop and Nursery are open daily for souvenirs, gifts, and plants.
Accessibility: The gardens are mostly level with wheelchair- and pram-friendly paths. The mansion’s ground floor is accessible; upper floors have limited access due to heritage design. Accessible toilets and parking spaces are available.
